INDIAN CUSTOMERS
  1. Shipping within India for orders above Rs. 1,999/- is free.
  2. For orders below Rs.2000/-, flat shipping of Rs.150/- is chargeable.
  3. We ship from our Delhi Office.
  4. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Bluedart and Fedex and more.
  5. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 7-10 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
  6. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
  1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, Aramex and UPS etc . OMARA does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  2. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
  3. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  4. OMARA tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), please write us to on the mentioned email id.
  5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  6. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  7. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet

 

The terms of Delivery Policy must be understood. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.

To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

Delivery Charge

OMARA has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 100 per order. All online orders carry a INR 100 shipping charge. The prices are all inclusive of taxes. OMARA partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from OMARA, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. OMARA shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. OMARA may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. OMARA shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

COD/ Prepaid

While OMARA aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, OMARA has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of OMARA , OMARA will not be able to process the order further. Order Delivery Timelines

Usually, orders are dispatched within 5 days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. Upon the successful placing of an order and after OMARA¬†has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on ‚ÄėMy orders‚Äô section of OMARA¬†website.

 

Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, OMARA reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While OMARA shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of

  • Unsuitable weather conditions;
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, OMARA shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, OMARA shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.

 

What if I have received the product in damaged condition?

If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
